"After opening the outside vent, they discovered a birds nest in the vent which was causing very little air flow in the vent. This contributed and was the cause of having to run the clothes through 2 cycles to get dried. They cleaned out the vent and replaced the cover with an anti bird cover to prevent this from occurring in the future. Great persons who performed the job. Highly recommended. Would hired again."

He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping.
