"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016. "
"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
"Window Depot USA were very efficient and did exactly what they said they were going to do. We were very happy with all the work they did and we have no complaints whatsoever. They did a great job."
"Dave and his team of subcontractors were very professional and usually on time. I thought they did a good job. But I just had a problem with my wine cooler, which they had installed, less than 2 years ago. I tried calling owner(David) and he would not return my phone call. I thought they did a good job until I needed to have Wine cooler serviced. We could not get wine cooler out from under counter. They just put in hole, the flooring under was 3/8 in lower than the tile in front of it. I left message for owner David Smith to call me, I had a problem, he never called me back. I guess it was take the money and run. The only way to get wine cooler out was to cut up a good fairly new( 2 years old) wine cooler. I am very disappointed. I had to purchase a new wine cooler and have a contractor do it right, this time. making the flooring even before installation. Because due to the levelers in back we could not get out from under cabinets with out ruining the wine cooler. So in the long run, they cost me over $1,000 to fix what they could have doen when they did the job for less than $25. "
"The first job I hired Aaron for was a toilet repair and bathroom faucet replacement. His work was timely and met all of my expectations. Since then he has fixed a leaked under my bathroom sink, basically rebuilt my water heater , and painted my bathroom. Aaron’s work ethic and personality was wonderful and he called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. His prices were fair and I will definitely hire him again."
"I am impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. They gave me advice to repair my deck and it was the best decision I made. Pro home solutions is the best option to make deck and very professional in giving advice I am satisfied with the work done 100% recommended."
"The repair went well. I purchased the vent covers and he installed them. The representative responded quickly. He seemed disappointed it was a small job and charged me his normal rate of $75 for a house call, which I thought was too much for the simple job. He arrived at the end of the day and did the repair after sunset. Still, I was happy to have the job done right away since birds were trying to build a nest in the vents."

"They did an outstanding job. I worked primarily with Tim, he and his crew were excellent. They had a crew of 5-6 people working on the the project and it took them about 3 weeks to complete the remodel. The crew was clean while working on the remodel and after they finished."

Keep in mind that awnings also have drawbacks, including the potential to reduce your view, block natural light, and create new occasional home maintenance needs.
Yes, professionals offer eco-conscious options that balance durability and sustainability.
You can start your search for a reputable patio company by finding providers in your area with positive ratings online and few, if any, complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Once you narrow down your search, contact the companies and ask for examples of their past work, as well as a list of references. The examples will show you the quality of the work you can expect and how professional the finished product will be, and contacting previous customers will give you an idea of the service you can expect throughout the process.
Awnings offer a variety of materials to choose from, each of which has its own benefits. Cotton is a lower-cost option that’s also more eco-friendly because it’s made from natural materials, while acrylic-coated polyester and vinyl offer better durability against harsh weather. Fiberglass and metal are also resilient to weather, although metal can be vulnerable to corrosion without protective sealant. Ultimately, you’ll need to consider your climate and your budget in deciding the best material for your awning.
Clean regularly with mild soap and water, and retract during severe weather to prevent damage.
