"Excellent! I came home on 9/11/19 to find my daughter & a gentleman from the Amherst County Service Authority standing in my yard by my water meter. My meter reading was much higher than usual so he came to check it out & determined that there was a leak. Using Angie's List I found Sullivan Plumbing, I told them the problem and they had someone here the next morning. The two technicians were professional, knowledgeable & personable. They determined where the leak was, gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair and went right to work. They did a great job! I will definitely use their service again!"

"Chris, Luis and Travis were great! They were easy to reach and quick to visit us (despite our post-snowstorm driveway conditions). They all communicate well and ensure an understanding on both sides every step of the way. Travis and a colleague were both courteous while in our home and did a nice, clean install of a new water softener and sediment filter. We’re very happy with the service we received so highly recommend Plumbing Champions!"

"I had researched replacing my broken standard water heater with a whole house instant water heater and Plumb Perfect was directed to me by HomeAdvisor. Mr. Alexander had GREAT communication with me on arriving on time and my options with what I had already researched. He offered another option that I was previously not aware of that would save me nearly $1000 on initial costs from what I had researched online. Mr. Alexander was extremely courteous, professional and was genuinely interested in my needs being met over his final costs. I can't say enough about how comfortable I was with his recommendations, attitude and demeanor towards this project. He gave me honest and clear pros and cons towards my research that I may not have considered as well as for his recommendations and let me decide what I thought was best for my situation. I have added his number to my favorites list and will call upon him again if I need his services. If you are ever in need of a plumber Mr. Alexander with Plumb Perfect should be your first call. Thank you for your service Mr. Alexander, Ed. B"

"Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the sales manager and installers were professional, friendly, & helpful. Our water softening system was installed within days of our purchase and has worked beautifully. We had some other work done in the area where the water softening system is and when they had to temporarily move the brine tank, they twisted the float, causing it to malfunction. When we discovered it and called Kinetico, they were here the same day to fix it. Not only did they sell their product for a good price, they provide great customer service after the sale. I highly recommend them."

"Excellent work. Great interaction with Shane. Would recommend to others. Additionally great water softening & RO technology by Kinetico."
