"Awesome. Anthony responded immediately to our inquiry and scheduled an estimate for cleaning the basement carpet. He came out and did a thorough assessment of the work to be done, explained his process, and provided a fair estimate. The work was scheduled within just a few days. Excellent communication, regular updates. Anthony takes pride in his work and with good reason - our carpet looks new! He even freshened up our living room carpet at no extra charge.
