Outstanding...Fred (Supv) insured carpet match was spot on. His crew also was oustanding. After they stretched the existing carpet that was not being replaced it looked great and with the deep steam cleaning you couldn't tell it wasn't new also. Their price for the work done was totally noteworthy of mention and we would have paid it just for the stretch work. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest), they get a solid "12" (Twelve). Totally pleased.

David was awesome! He was quick to respond and came out for a quote before setting up a time to meet for the repair. He provided me with my options and was extremely thorough in explaining them . He completed the work quickly and I couldn’t tell he was there after he was done! I definitely recommend them for any project!

I give 1 star only because they managed to install the new flooring. Almost 2 months since the flooring installation in my home and the job is still unfinished and the installers damaged the tile in my foyer. Absolutely no response from the Ray guy who advertises everywhere. He fends everything off to the middle man, Fred who takes your money, always delays and the job has never completed per the contract. This is contract fraud and horrible business ethics. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't fall for the hype. They do not stand behind the quality of their work.

"To start, it’s disappointing when a customer has a bad experience. The negative comments made are not true. There was a problem with a transition piece that was out of stock. I have many people that work in my company, Ray does not work on the service side, Fred handles that side. There is nothing fraudulent about how my company operates, I do resent being libeled. Occasionally a transition piece or a shortage on material, due to damage or by an ordering mistake occurs. We are not perfect. We do give lifetime labor warranties and we honor them."

Our whole experience was fantastic. David is extremely knowledgeable about carpeting and helped us decide which type was best for us (while showing lots of patience with our many questions). He was able to provide quick scheduling for both our meeting with him as well as for the installation. The installers arrived promptly and were courteous, efficient, and professional. We're loving our new carpet! The pricing was better than any of the other top-rated carpet installers with whom we met, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

They sent 2 different technicians teams. Each were experienced with their jobs. No question they knew what they were doing. They were organized and very neat. They cleaned up after they were done with their own vacuum. Very satisfied with their work.
