A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. "Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.

"Paul and his son Brandon did an excellent job.  They were efficient and cleaned everything up afterwards.  They definitely do professional work and are the best and most reasonable drywall experts we have had in the five states where we have lived.  They are currently redoing our garage ceiling and fixing the mistakes others have done on the garage walls.  I like the fact that they always look at a situation before quoting a price. "I called and he said he could fit us in that day. I gave them our address and phone#. They found the house with no problem and arrived right on time. They were very neat and professional and cleaned up completely. The door I had purchased needed to be modified as the ladder was a little too long to fold out properly. They cut the bottom section and reattached it so it would fold out properly. They did a great job and you could not tell it had been modified. I am very pleased with the way the job was done.
