"I called and he said he could fit us in that day. I gave them our address and phone#. They found the house with no problem and arrived right on time. They were very neat and professional and cleaned up completely. The door I had purchased needed to be modified as the ladder was a little too long to fold out properly. They cut the bottom section and reattached it so it would fold out properly. They did a great job and you could not tell it had been modified. I am very pleased with the way the job was done.

They were pretty quick about it. They weren't there all day long and they were clean. They cleaned up the mess and put the dryer back when it was done because they had moved it away from the wall. They really didn't disrupt my house. I didn't compare their price; I assumed it was a cheaper rate because it was a promotion. They were on time and on schedule. They called me right back. They were not what I expected when they came to the door; they were different. I don't know if I would use them again; I think I would shop around and see what's out there."
