Good detailed work

I had an incredible experience working with Palencia Masonry. They offered a great quote, started my project within a few days, and finished quickly. They built me a new step with a herringbone pattern that looks absolutely incredible. The rest of the repointing work also looks wonderful. 10/10 would recommend and hire again.

Cristobal Palencia did an excellent job of organizing the work and keeping me informed on any issues that might change during the approximately one week total that it took to do the job. The cost was very competitive with other companies I had quote me for the work done and the progress was quite fast and well done. the work crew showed up on a timely basis and did the work well and quickly, the only issue were some very minor communication issues, but nothing of consequence, they did a very good job and covered the roof for protection and to make clean up easier and it looked great when they were done. I am a big DIY person, so I hire very few professionals, but this job was too big and up on the roof for me to do, and Palencia Masonry did a spectacular job in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost, I would definitely use them for masonry work in the future. Now, we will have to see how the job weathers over time, but I great confidence that it was done well and will last. The only issue was a minor problem with the existing chimney flashing which accidentally got pulled back during the work, but it won't be hard to fix, and I just mention it for reference, so don't let that stop you from calling Cristobal for your project, he and his crew did a really great job.

They were very quick and did a good job. We had a little scheduling mixup but they got it sorted out and everything went well.

Cristobal’s team came out when they said they would and got the job done on time and the price they quoted. We liked them so much we got them to also repoint our chimneys. We did have one brick come lose about a month after but they came out and repaired it. It’s now been a couple of months and everything still looks great.

I am very pleased with the work Cristobal and his team performed at my detached garage . They fixed a 97 year old cracked wall by raising the foundation and repairing the huge crack restoring the integrity of the wall to its original form. They were punctual, professional, meticulous and did a great job. The price was reasonable and Cristobal was always available to answer questions and was present during crucial parts of the job. I will hire him again for my future Masonary needs.

I’ve been really pleased with Palencia Masonry. They’ve done quite a bit of masonry and concrete work for me at this point. They built a nice brick planter bed in front of the house, replaced some old cracked concrete sidewalk and completed some much needed repointing on our old house in the fan. They’ve been responsive and done high-quality work. Highly recommend.

The project went great. The work was done promptly and well.

We needed an old concrete and brick stoop removed and replaced as well as some mortar repointing. The new stoop looks really nice and they took the time to make sure they were repairing all the damaged mortar around the foundation. Everything looks great. We paid what we were quoted and the price seemed average for what we had done based on the information I found online. I called multiple places around town and couldn’t get anyone to even give me a quote. I called them and had a quote the next day.
