The initial setup fee for homes under 400 linear feet is $155 for a general pest program (for homes above 400 LFT, fee is based on size). Maintenance fees for homes under 400 LTF is $95 for general program on a quarterly schedule. All programs have warranties of unlimited, no-charge call back services for any covered pest.
