"We highly recommend W.C. Wildlife Control, Wade, for small animal control/removal. He is experienced, professional, and personable. He communicates well. He kept us informed and reassured during the job from initial estimate to finish. We never felt out-of-the-loop. His prices are very fair. He is local to our area. We had â critter(s)â in our attic. Wade answered our call the same day. He came out and we toured and evaluated what was going on in the attic. At this point, his priority was our safety when we climbed the pull-down ladder and accessed the attic. All the evidence around in the attic pointed to squirrels. The question was whether it was squirrels or flying squirrels. They hadnâ t been there long so there was not a-lot of physical evidence to make that judgment. He explained what the process would be to catch the â squirrel(s)â and then fix/seal the access points. It was great he could do both the trapping and the repairs, so we did not have to call someone else to do repairs after he had finished. He gave us an estimate and stuck to his quote. He placed live traps and a night camera in the attic. The camera caught the critter and it was a flying squirrel. He came every day and texted what the camera was recording during the night. It turned out we had two flying squirrels. It took over 10 daysâ he kept at it, with years of patience from dealing with wild critters, until both flying squirrels entered the cages. He fixed and sealed the access points in our 2nd story soffit at both ends. We couldnâ t be more pleased with how smoothly the whole job went. Definitely, if we have â critterâ issues again we will contact Wade."
