Throughout the entire process, he responded quickly to all of my questions, and reached out several times to coordinate and confirm information. He took pride in his work, and truly cares about providing quality service to his customers. He did a great job removing surface mold from the wooden beams in our basement, and even sanitized our HVAC system, after discovering raccoon feces in it. Most recently, he completed a mold remediation in our attic space, which could only be accessed from the roof. He was very patient as we had to coordinate with the roofing contractors, and arrived on site early as the roofers were finishing up the roof removal. He discovered two birds’ nests in our attic and, when the roofers said they were not going to remove them, he went above and beyond the call of duty and removed them himself. We are so grateful that Technician made sure that everything was handled properly. He is an honorable person, and we’re so glad we found him.
