"Outstanding work. After receiving three quotes, I selected down to Aqueduct and another company. Both offered cash discounts, both were price competitive with each other, but Aqueduct just included additional steps at a slightly lower price: drains in the window wells and a full vapor barrier installation. Estimate was 3-4 days, and they finished in 3. There were some areas of the basement where I really didn’t think they would be able to install the French drain in the entire perimeter of the basement, but the workmen knew how to tunnel through and around any obstacle. Jason and John respond to any and all questions and concerns very quickly. Highly recommend Aqueduct for a basement waterproofing."

"Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"

John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. Deliveries of the septic tank and materials for the drain field arrived on time and in coordination with the work being done. Several tactical decisions were made regarding the installation of the drain field to speed up the job in an effort to remain ahead of the weather. This gave them time to fill in the trenches, smooth the surface, plant seed that we requested, and cover the seed with straw before the rain came. Otherwise, we would have had a muddy mess.
