It was great, They came in on time. They ordered the blinds and followed up after the pandemic. They scheduled an appointment as soon as the items came in and they finished the project. They are responsive and thorough.

They have professional and knowledgeable employees who are prompt to appointments. They also have an excellent customer service representative who keeps you updated about appointment times, estimated time arrivals of employees, and is courteous in answering questions/replying to voicemail. Derrick Price arrived on time a few moments before the "window time" I had been given which means he was early! As soon as he arrived , he made sure that I had all of the correct items I ordered to be installed. With polite conversation, he engaged me as I stood there anticipating the look of my new blinds for the baby's room. He spoke of the love for his own family which made me excited about my pending arrival. When he was finished, our nursery was complete and beautiful. While Derrick didn't make the blinds, his skills completed our room in the most wonderful way. I look forward to using Price Blinds, again when we remodel our family room.
