Working with them was a great experience and I will go to them anytime engineering expertise is required. "The first engineer plan I received was on letter size paper as a PDF with blurry letters and numbers. No one could read it, not even with a magnifying glass. It did not meet the Montgomery County Building Permit inspection. IThe engineer explained everything well when he came to the house but did not provide a plan that met the requirements of Montgomery county. Because I lived far away I had to send my check US Postal mail and wait for the plan to be emailed to me which had me worried about whether I would be scammed. I offered to come to the engineer with the check but he turned me down. I had to have 3rd party conference call to get things going right."
