Requested as built electronic plans to be done for a free-standing garage in the Haymarket, VA area. Plans were slow to be completed and had an error when given to County permit office. Mark corrected it with the County and resubmitted the plans. Additional truss plans were needed. Mark visited the site and noted what was needed and then departed to work on the plans. After a few weeks, we began to ask via phone call and email for an update to the status, all of which has been ignored. There has been no response for over 2 months so we are now going with someone else to pick up where Mark left off. We have subsequently heard from another one of Mark's customers that this is kind of normal for him.
