"The project has taken more time than anticipated due to material and subcontractor availability. The framing work was outstanding. Wall board work was also outstanding. Electrical work was very good, but the location of a bathroom fixture and chair lift power plug had to be moved because they were too low. The tile work in the bathroom (shower and floor), computer room (floor), entrance (floor) was outstanding, but I'd rather call it amazing. The plumbing work was very good, but parts availability delayed completion. Finishing work done by MJL was outstanding!!! Anthony is a master at detail. The rigor of MJL inspection of work by the subcontractors was very thorough and when issues were identified were recorded and worked off. Communication and follow up is a big deal for home improvement projects in this challenging environment of material, parts, and workforce shortages. MJL excelled in communication. We rated punctuality as good but would have rated them very good if there was an option. We highly recommend them. We have since booked two additional projects with MJL, a screened in porch and a garage redo. They start in late July. We expect both projects to go very well."

"It was July 3rd when we had the emergency. Mr. Phillip Harris, PNH Maintenance was the first to call after we posted our problem. He arrived shortly thereafter and his crew worked into the evening installing a new water tank and electric outlet in our basement. It was then discovered that our 42 year old water pump was kaput. Mr. Harris promised he would be back the following morning, July 4th, and install a new water pump. True to his word they turned up early and worked half a day to ensure we'd have water for our 4th of July. They unselfishly sacrificed part of their holiday for us, when they should have been spending it with their families. What can I say. They were wonderful. Considering the amount of work and time they put in the cost seemed fair. We're still waiting for warranty info on the water tank. Thank you Mr. Harris and your wonderful workers. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Very professional.    Followed up and is available for questions.     Seems high priced based on other estimates, though maybe the quality of work justifies the cost.  (I still think the estimate was too high.)    Intended to put up the monitoring devices, but never did.    ** MAIN issue I had and was not addressed was they never went into the crawl space to determine why water was going in the garage and how to fix it.   We DID talk about the water at the outside of the house and moving it,  THOUGH based on another estimate found some of the dirt was being washed away near the foundation under the house and a potential fix to that also.  
--- Bottom line,  Jason was very professional and except for the cost for me seemed excessive for the work proposed, and the fact that we never addressed the crawl space and a solution for that area, which was my MAIN concern, I would have hired them right away.   I would recommend hiring them if his prices seemed reasonable to the work being performed and I would recommend not even advertising the monitoring devices as they seemed to be 6 inch plastic water catchers.  (I'm sending this same note to Jason out of courtesy.)
