Jason and his crew worked very hard to complete our kitchen as quickly as possible while doing excellent work. Christian always answered question and addressed concerns as the process went on. Jason followed up each evening to let us know what would happen next. They arrived on time each day worked full days. We got all new cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting and paint. We couldn’t be happier with our new beautiful kitchen!"

GSB is a design build firm, but we found them surprisingly flexible compared with several architect-contractors we interviewed. The second reason we would recommend GSB is that they finished our project on time and on budget, even though the bulk of the construction took place during the course of the pandemic. They hit their targets even though they were forced to work, unexpectedly, with our family in the house and under foot the whole time. "Great work. We love our new basement, all of the work was completed as we wanted. The work was better than our original builder. Our new bathroom we had built in the basement turned out better than expected and is currently one of the nicer bathrooms in the house. Tile work tured out well and has not had not had any problems with cracking. No problem with the plumbing and electrical work. The LED lights they put in are bright and work well. We had a couple of nail pops and a small crack from settling within the first year but everything else has stood up well."

"I needed a new deck and repairs to my front walkway and steps. Not only was I quoted a fair price, the work was begun and completed in record time by an amazing crew. Best of all, Sam was a joy to work with (a strange word to use when dealing with contractors but absolutely true)—no high pressure tactics just a willingness to get me through the process as easily as possible. Sam even offered to deal with my HOA if needed. They are a 1-stop shop for any type of work you need done no matter how small. Sam will be the first person I call when I need more work done. "I would give Friendly a 3.5 ultimately. I hired them to paint the inside of my home (entire house). Their quote was a thousand less than their competitors and they were able to do the job much faster. In hindsight, I would go with a company that took more time because the job is visibly rushed. The trim looks sloppy, there are bubbles in the paint, and there are dried paint drips. I asked them to come back twice to correct things, which they were happy to do, but I am still seeing things that need to be cleaned up. I'm not totally unhappy with the job -- they saved me a lot of money. I would classify it as solidly "okay" work. I am detail oriented so these little things bother me, but they may not bother others. I appreciate their cost effectiveness and they were highly communicative."
