"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"I hired an architect to do a cafe sketch for the permit purpose. She did the sketch and I paid her in two deposits via check $600 each for a total of $1200 and I paid her $350 for the application fee and she made me hire someone else to do the seal and I have to pay that person $600. I gave her two checks and for the service application, she said once she finishes and submits it to the county, then I can pay her a check. She submitted the application to the county on Nov 6, 2023, around 8 PM. She texted me around 10 p.m. and asked for the $350 for the application fee. I told her I would give her a check tomorrow, but she refused to accept a check. She said I want Zelle. She said she doesn't have time to meet me. I said okay, then I emailed her the check for $350, but she withdrew the application from the county. When I went to the county today, they told me the architect who submitted the plan, withdrew everything. I reached out to her and told her if she can't finish her job, she needs to return my money so I hire someone else, but she is not responding. She wasted 10 days of my time, took my money and at the end disappeared."
