"The technician showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process for installing the garage door opener.  The initial installation of the garage door went well.  However, upon the completion of the installation the technician proceeded to demonstrate the operation of the door when a malfunction of the garage opener occurred resulting in damage to my new garage door.  The technician immediately notified his supervisor who quickly acknowledged responsibility for this mishap.  I was informed as to the reliability of this particular garage door opener and this unfortunate incident had never occurred in the past. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
