"Service was great. Customer Service from Jonathan (co-owner) made my experience the worst!!! My info (name, address and cell) was given to a complete stranger after confirming my email TWICE. Jonathan response was, "my invoice was provided to a neighbor". Also, Jonathan admitted the system has problems. I challenged Jonathan, asking why not hold the service provider accountable or go to another provider... no response. I received my invoice with the other person email address STILL associated to my account profile. SparkleWash is aware of the system having vulnerabilities with updating customer info or cross-posting info across accounts with no fix in place. Jonathan asked, what did I want? I said, a discount or eliminate the bill. Jonathan responded, I see your color. Yes, he is White and I am an African Amercian... why is derogatory response acceptable? Jonathan also said, he had more important things going on than to deal with this. After hanging up on me, I paid my bill."

"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

"I had a retaining wall that had broken pretty badly on the corner over the winter, a step that puddles and some cracks that needed repairing. Dennis was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He came out promptly to give me an estimate and was very reasonably priced. He explained everything to me so I would understand. We had some rain issues scheduling (nothing to do with him, just bad storms for about a week) and he kept in touch and was very considerate of my time. When he came to do the actual repair he was fun to work with, knowledgeable and kept me posted on what was going on the whole time. He was so nice and did a wonderful job. His work was amazing and really looks great. I would definitely hire Dennis again and again."

"Five Star Construction did an outstanding job rebuilding our kitchen. We had a dishwasher leak that resulted in our kitchen tile and subfloor being damaged. We had three contractors come out, but we felt that Carl, the owner of Five Star, was the most honest and realistic of the three. The kitchen had to be completely rebuilt, to include granite countertops removed; cabinets removed, and tile floor removed in order to repair/replace the subfloor. Demolition was completed by another company. The good news was that when demolition was completed, Carl was able to determine that the floor joists were not damaged and could be saved. The bad news was that our granite countertops were destroyed during demolition and needed to be replaced. Five Star is a first rate team of skilled experts. Carl has a complete team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, granite and floor experts that answered all our questions and eased our concerns. Carl is a “hands on” owner; he was on site during all phases of the rebuild and ensured that all work was completed to his standards. Carl referred us to several retailers for tile and granite options that really helped in the process and allowed for plenty of options. We also decided to have Five Star install a tile backsplash and under cabinet lighting. Fives Stars’ tile expert is a true artist that takes great pride in his work. We love our new kitchen and our friends are amazed at how it all turned out. I have recommended Five Star Construction to several of my friends and all have been extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely contact Five Star for future projects."

"It was a great experience from getting the estimate to doing the work. Andrew Anderson was the point person throughout. He was extremely responsive and was an excellent communicator. I would text a question to him and receive a response almost immediately. He gave me a reasonable price and there were no change orders. He prepared that area for work, respected my lawn and did what he said he would do. He even came back and put topsoil along the walk. His workers were respectful and pleasant and diligent. And my wife and I were elated with the quality of the work. We were so happy with the walk that we hired him to repair and seal the driveway, back walk and patio. He said he could do it on Wed. and ended up doing the work himself in 90+ heat because his crews were on other jobs. I would highly recommend JR Anderson, Inc."
