SMART POOLS

Smart Pool was really great to work with every step of the way. They were very hard working and did a great job on our pool. If you were to have any problems they would come and check it out right away. I blew up a pipe, which was my fault, and they came right out to fix it and didn't charge us for the call. I was completely satisfied with their services.

There were a few other things that required attention by the pool builder but no one would return my calls or come back to finish their work. One area of the pool needed to be re-stuccoed and never got finished. The pool was ready to use and in our contract someone was suppose to come out to give us a lesson in proper chemical use and operating information. We called for this appointment time, nothing was available for six weeks, and in the meantime, the pool started to get green and looked nasty. Finally, I called another pool service company to come out to give me a lesson in chemicals and proper operating usage. This man was great, he fixed a few things that needed to be done by the contractor and was very informative about the pool information. There are still things that the contractor hasn t honored in our contract and we will continue to try to get these things finished up; but besides needing him for the warranty I will be using another pool company for all my pool needs.

Smart Pool was great from start to finish. We were very happy with this company. They worked through all the options available with us and designed it just the way we wanted. We found them to be very knowledgeable and efficient. They handled everything from start to finish.

THE EMPLOYEES AT SMART POOLS DID A GREAT JOB. THE OWNER HELPED US DECIDE ON A NICE DESIGN FOR OUR YARD AND THEY GOT ALL THE WORK DONE IN A REASONABLE TIME. THEY ALWAYS WERE WILLING TO ANSWER OUR CALLS AND WE STILL LOVE OUR POOL!
