Jay has been working on my little 1936 Arts and Crafts house off and on for almost 20 years.
I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else for plastering!!! He's honest and fair and does the most beautiful work.
He's in great demand, but he's so worth the wait.

Jay showed up exactly as he said for the estimate. Worked me into his busy schedule and showed up exactly when he said for the work. He went out of his way to do not just a good job but a great job. He also did everything he could to keep the cost under control. I am a demanding consumer who requires professional work. Jay lived up to my every expectation. He has been back a second time for additional work and I expect he will be back one or two more times before we are done. Out of all the subs I have had on this project Jay is the best. Don't hesitate to hire him -- he cares about your house and his reputation. In case you haven't figured it out -- he has grey hair.

Jay showed up on time, was very professional, fast, extra neat and clean, extremely courteous and made my wife happy which for a contractor is hard to do. His work was excellent for quality, and we look forward to using him again in the future. Very few contractors do we recommend, but this one is perfect to recommend and stand behind. Even works weekends if the need is there for the customer.

The last time I used Jay was for work on my dining room. Gaston had done an enormous amount of damage to one wall and the ceiling (which fell). Also, since the room needed extensive repair, I asked Jay to remove a phone ninch from a wall and make it look like it had never been there.
He did it all beautifully...and, sure enough, the wall where the ninch had been looked like a regular flat wall.
I will always use Jay...and if I can't get him right away, I'll wait - because he's worth it.
