Reliable Waterproofing & Masonry

We were very happy with all aspects of the work that Reliable completed! Mike was very communicative, and his crew was great. They took "before" photos to show us exactly what needed to be repaired, as well as "after" photos to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. We got multiple quotes and Reliable's prices were quite reasonable. We will need more work done in the future and I definitely plan to contact Mike again!

We had major foundation issues after another company's piers had failed. Mike from Reliable Waterproofing and Masonry was extremely knowledgeable with our individual situation. Once the weather cooperated Mike and his employees worked diligently to get the job done quickly and with minimal disturbance. The masonry work was also done to repair the giant cracks in my brickwork. They cleaned up all of the work areas after the excavation and replanted my camellia. All of it was completed within 3 days!  I am glad to say my house is no longer sinking thanks to Reliable Waterproofing and Masonry!

We purchased our home in October of 2013. Nothing came up on inspection regarding any foundation or settling issues. Since moving in we started to slowly notice seems, cracks, and what seemed to be additional settling. We decided to remodel our kitchen. Knowing we were going to be adding extra weight to the areas of the kichen and dining room, I really wanted to have someone inspect the settling. Mike from Reliable was the first of 4 companies to come out and inspect the foundation, crawl space, and settling in the house. Mike was very professional and provided a quote the same day. He also included a quote on some chimney/brick work. It was my first quote so I wanted to see what other contractors etc... might say. Needless to say I had 4 quotes over a months time with 4 different opinions. The last inspection was similar to what Mike had quoted in the beginning but was approx. $1700 higher for the same amount of work. So, in the end a month later I called Mike and told him I wanted him to do the work. He gave me the original price and completed the work to my satisfaction within 2 weeks. We are able to start our kitchen project on time, Mike seems like an honest guy and seems like he has great, resonable prices. I would recommend him.

Mike and his crew arrived on time, and got straight to work. What I thought would take at least a week of work, they got done in two days. They did an excellent job and graded the land around our house also. Excellent work, professional and on time.
We plan on having them do some waterproofing to the rest of our "stucco" sided house.

Mike and his crew were prompt in starting the project. After giving Mike the go-ahead for the job, he scheduled with me within 1 week and came when he said he would. His team was very professional and courteous to me and my wife. Clean up on the day of the job was thorough and after the mortar cured over the weekend, Mike himself came back to clean the entire steps again with acid. He also calked where the railings needed sealing at point of contact and added mortar where it had been overlooked on one side step. Mike is obviously set on customer satisfaction and quality of work. I would use Mike for brick work again if needed in the future.

They came out promptly to give us a quote. They came on time and did a good job of rebuilding the bricks on the poarch. I do wish that tthe workers had no buried so many brick in the garden around the poarch. That was disappointing. But I would recommend this company.

They always showed up on time and left a clean work area at the end of the day. The job took 4 solid weeks of work and they showed up every day on time and worked the full day. The communication was excellent and Mike was always there and on top of everything going on. Very knowledgeable about old brickwork and how to PROPERLY repair is so it will last. Made sure everything was to my satisfaction and even returned after the job was completed to check again. Highly recommended.

He got to it very quickly. I was having a party on Saturday. He made it a point to come in time so that it would be cured by Saturday so that people could walk on the steps. He was the lowest estimate that I got among three people.
