George called prior to arriving as scheduled. He worked quickly and efficiently and left the carpets clean. He was polite but friendly.

Spoke with scheduler and owner prior to booking. They quoted me a price and assured me (profusely) they would clean and deodorize as I had pet odor on sofa and carpet. When the owner/technician got there he told me it would be an adfitional $100 tp deodorize. I was stunned but in a bind at that point and went ahead. It seemed my sofa and rug were barely cleaned. I had to throw my (vintage Persian) carpet away because the job was so unsatisfactory and I didn't have time to have it recleaned before I moved and could not take it with me in the condition it was in. It was a bad experience. Wasted $300. Trying to put it behind me. Would NEVER revommend.

Went very well. We will use them again this year. They should receive an A grade.
