Ricky (Dirty Deeds) was prompt, courteous, and did a terrific job at our large home in Staunton, VA. I was away in Arizona, and he kept me fully informed with phone calls and texted photos. My tenants loved him and so do we!!! We will definitely use him again. Larry & Sylvia Farrell
