"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. "Initially, the design work done by Calvin Lee went well and we were very happy with our recently remodeled bathroom. Fast forward 3 - 4 years later, we find that the company fails to stand by the workmanship of their products. Two of the cabinet drawer facings were warped and Jason informed me that the 5-year warranty does not cover water damage, which is totally not the case. Followed by the fact that they neglected to properly waterproof the outside of the shower glass partition and along with the door opening which caused some minor damage to the adjacent walls and baseboards. They assume no responsibility and stated that it was my problem since they only carry a 3-year warranty on workmanship. Needless to say, we are not very happy with the manner in which they've handled our situation."
