"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

He and Raul were in contact with me throughout construction to ensure I was pleased. Raul managed a team that was hardworking, polite, responsive and showed pride in their work. "Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"
