I was kept updated on when he would arrive, which I greatly appreciated. He replaced a deadbolt lock and a broken door knob. He also repaired a door knob that would not freely unlock from time to time. I am very happy with this company.

Ron was extremely thorough. Our lock installation was tricky because it could easily cause 3 sliding glass doors to break if not done properly which is why we hired an expert. The work was extremely well done and he showed us how to use the 3 new locks. He vacuumed with his own vacuum after the installation. He was amazingly professional and thorough.

This locksmith was able to open the door or my shed in 25 minutes. His service call was $29 which was reasonable. But the fifteen minutes was $165 which made a total of $194. I had Covid and I developed brain fog. But If am possibly correct then that is $660 an hour. Is not that right? He would not take a check and had to follow me to the bank to cash a check. His invoice did not have a company name, address, or phone number, just Locksmith Services.
