"I called TONY explained my situation to him.He said he could come out that same day. Before he came out he told me to check a couple of things which i thought was very nice of him. He didn't have to do that .When he came out he got the problem fixed fast and was reasonable. The technician told me when he could get to my house and showed up just as he told me. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He found the problem within a few minutes. The connection box in my attic had burned up. I was very lucky my house did not catch fire while I was gone. He repaired the connection box and checked out the rest of my system while he was there. My heat pump is working great now. The price was very reasonable for the work he did. I am 100% satisfied and plan to get the maintenance plan from Galactic Air Inc. to keep my system running well.
