He didn't have to do that .When he came out he got the problem fixed fast and was reasonable. I am extremely glad I found Galactic Air Inc. I filled out an online service request form and the next morning I got a call. The technician told me when he could get to my house and showed up just as he told me. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He found the problem within a few minutes. The connection box in my attic had burned up. I was very lucky my house did not catch fire while I was gone. He repaired the connection box and checked out the rest of my system while he was there.
