Efficient Air Heating and Cooling LLC

My family is alive today because of this company. We contracted with Bill to perform our spring AC start up and fall heat start up. We built a home in Chesapeake and our home was new construction. Bill found a major gas leak in the attic that could have cost us our property; it could have cost us our lives. No idea how long it had been leaking but nobody touched the system since the house was built. Do yourselves a favor and go with this contractor because your comfort, even your life could depend on it. I have referred him to many friends and neighbors; now I’m sharing this with you.

Bill was great! He came out the same day I put in the request, figured out the problem with my AC right away, and had it fixed on the spot. Super quick, professional, and easy to work with. I’d definitely call him again!

Bill and his team have now replaced my upstairs and downstairs unit. They talked me through the process and I never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need! I’ll be calling Bill again for any future HVAC needs!

Bill is honest and his knowledge is unmatched. Usually you call a company and some how the problem is not solved and the bill escalates!! With Bill those things are not happening. I have my Mom's and son's maintenance by Bill and will continue to use Bill until he retires which I hope is no time soon
