The connection box in my attic had burned up. I was very lucky my house did not catch fire while I was gone. He repaired the connection box and checked out the rest of my system while he was there. My heat pump is working great now. The price was very reasonable for the work he did. I am 100% satisfied and plan to get the maintenance plan from Galactic Air Inc. to keep my system running well.
