"Outstanding Walk-In Shower Installation and Attention to Detail We recently had our jetted bathtub removed and replaced with a beautiful, high quality walk-in shower, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Team member, John, demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. John handled the demolition and removal of the tub efficiently, keeping the area clean everyday and minimizing disruption. The new walk-in shower was installed with excellent craftsmanship — the walls, shower tray, and fixtures are high-quality, and the overall job turned out exactly as we had hoped. Also, what impressed us was Don’s follow-through on the punch list. The few items we brought up — no matter how small — were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality bathroom remodeling done right the first time. A+ work!"

"Two bathrooms were gutted and totally remodeled. The work was excellent. We were extremely satisfied with the results on each of them. Will definitely hire again."

"My installer was meticulous and paid attention to every little detail. He did excellent workmanship and had pride in his accomplishment. I love the results and was glad I had the shower enlarged and the ceramic is beautiful. It is a pleasure to take a shower."

"I was referred by a Facebook friend, Roy responded to me super quick, and had my bathtub fixed the next day. Super nice guy! By the time he was done, the crack in my tub was completely gone!"

"I've hired them to replace windows too over 7 years ago and am still pleased with the work they did."

"Working with upgrade remodeling was seamless. The spokesperson knew what they were talking about. They worked with us on a price that we could afford and they got the work done in record time. This was something that we had put off for years turning our bathroom bathtub into a walk-in shower. We had a window in our bathroom that we were only utilizing a third of it. It was so nice to have that window fully open and available to let the light in. We would recommend them to anyone."

"Brian worked through some very trying circumstances in a very professional way. The remodel was excellent. I would recommend him highly and hire him again."
