Did a quick inspection and even though my hot water heater is 13 years old he said it’s in good working condition and advised of the pros/cons of having it flushed now. "I had a time slot that they were going to start which was 1:15 - 3:15pm. Rotor Rooter called about 3:15 pm asking if it was alright that they dispatched the service technician to our house which was strange since I arranged to be at home between 1:15 - 3:15 for them to start.

Once Jeff arrived, he was very professional and started immediately replacing the hot water heater. I have a 2 1/2 year old son and he did so much as to warn me that he would be making some noise. He was very easy to talk with and was able to answer all our questions. Since it was getting a little late, I suggested he could come back tomorrow to finish the toilets. He ended up doing that and came back the next day to finish both toilets. I am so glad I didn't try this myself. For him these were probably easy installs,but, he was able to know what other supplies and tools were required to complete the job correctly. I would have been lost and wasted all sorts of time.

Additionally, they replaced interior doors and repaired drywall. The work was done on our schedule and done to our satisfaction. Their customer service was great. They came back out to adjust a door that wasn't closing perfectly."
