Found parts were not available for tv. Worked with insurance company to get me a replacement tv.

The service technician came out for an initial service call to diagnose the problem for the TV not turning on. He was very nice and professional. He quickly located the problem, which resulted in a part needing to be ordered (a blown thermal fuse). He ordered the part and came back out to fix the TV. He fixed it very quickly and charged less than the quoted price, because he said it took less time than expected. We really appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the TV service, and we will continue to use them in the future. Everyone I talked to - from the customer service reps at the business to the tech - were extremely nice and professional. It couldn't have gone better!

We paid our deposit, and when we were told how much the repair would be, decided to purchase a new tv instead. Half of our deposit was put towards the cost of the tv.

Atomic television offered to come out to my house for a reasonable fee to fix my television. I decided to bring it in and have it repaired in the shop. They had it fixed in about 2 days and called me to pick it up. The total charge for the power supply repair was around $120. The television works just as well as it did when I bought it new. Why go and buy a 55" LCD TV (what it takes to get the equivalent height of the screen on my tube type) just to have bad pixels. No stutter or streaks or bad pixels with my Sony tube type. It lasted me 20 years up until now and I expect another 20 especially when I have a repair show as great as Atomic to back me up!

From the phone call to the in house service to the shop work to the reinstall, it was perfect. They even re-hooked up a sound cable that immediately gave us stereo sound.
