"We were assigned Iced Flame by our home warranty company; we did not choose them and, if you have a choice, neither should you. Iced Flame was assigned to fix an HVAC unit that stopped working. Despite two trips and two techs per trip, they missed the problem entirely. They claimed the issue was a frozen line, when in fact they missed that the entire coil was broken and needs to be replaced. As a result of their incompetence, I am several hundred dollars out of pocket to them for a “repair” that didn’t fix anything and have been without reliable AC for most of the month."
