The work completed by Jeff was awesome. I've gotten so many compliments on my tub since he refinished it. It looks brand new. His price was very fair compared to others I checked & his customer service was great. He explained the process, how long it would take & he was punctual. I'd definitely recommend him.

Did a great job and great service. This was the second time we used this company and they did excellent work both times.

Poor quality workmanship. I called the owner back and he came to look at it. The tub had many rough areas, especially on the sides and the bottom was so rough that you would never be able to stand on it. The owner admitted that it was not good. The same person came back and worked on it again but still left many rough areas. Some areas were smooth and nice. I called the owner 3 times over the next week and it went to voice mail. After the last voice mail, I called on my home phone and he picked right up. I assume he blocked me. He said he would come out the next week and would call me; he did not. I called again and he said he forgot. The owner finally came out and fixed the area that was not covered and smoothed some of the rough areas. I have given up. Overall, not a good experience and not a company that does quality work.

PTR was able to do what no other company could and I appreciate the extra effort to make sure there would be no additional damage to my sink in the future. The repair was well done and I hope I continue to see results in the foreseeable future.

I am so happy with my tub and tile!! It s beautiful. They were fast, efficient, clean, polite, and educated me on how to care for my tub and tile to have it last for years. TY!!

Absolutely disappointed in results and customer service. The website states that the owner does the work himself and guarantees satisfaction.... not true at all. Two employees came to do the initial job and there were several areas that needed to be fixed. The owner came to do the repairs but ended up painting the shower floor the wrong color and not repairing areas specifically discussed. Another visit, new paint on the floor again, a couple more repairs... each time an area was repainted it left crackle marks and is very obvious. Within a week the newest layer of paint began to peel up... after yet another repaint (all this time I had expressed concern that the lower portions did dot seem to have been well covered and perhaps just a total re-do would be best) I gave up on trying to get satisfactory results. It also took repeated attempts to get the owner to contact me back every single time, and he was clearly annoyed by me. None of these issues were caused by anything we did, so I did not understand why I was made to feel otherwise. Total waste of money... the floor does not come clean and you can see areas of the old blue color still and areas of exposed old grout. There were dings left in our freshly painted walls and areas can be seen on our brand-new tile floor where something was dripped and ruined the glaze on the tile. Total waste of money- 100% unhappy.

PTR was very professional and continued (had several projects being done) to do an outstanding tub and shower pan repair for my home. The bath tub and shower pan look new. Also, returned the next day to clean and follow-up on the repaired areas. Great company worked with me to get the work done as soon as possible. Would recommend PTR for tub restoration.

The entire experience was A from start to finish. From the quality of the product and workmanship to the great communication and exemplary customer service. Jeff and his team are polite, honest, and hardworking. I could not be more impressed with how good both of the refinished bathrooms look. If you are looking at any bathroom remodel or refinishing projects I highly recommend you reach out to PTR.

PTR took great care in keeping the fumes out of the house. He left the work area cleaner than when he came in!

Very professional -- showed up on time, called before arriving, followed up on questions, and came back to check their work. As well as resurfacing, they replaced a drain; other companies I contacted would not do both.
