The 3 installers were able to get to work 3 days after the salesman was here. They did a great job installing the flooring. They had to remove toilet, disconnect bathroom sink, move washer and dryer, move refrigerator and stove. Every thing was reconnected perfectly and put back in its place. All of this was done in 4 hours. Great job. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I felt they did a fairly good job, just missed some details and seemed to rush through the cleaning. Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
