Horrible, Horrible contractor!!! Doesnt know a thing about flooring. Hired him to put down hard wood floors brought a buddy with him and neither of them were competent. I walked in on him in middle of the job and noticed he wasnt using a nail gun to attach the floor. Just putting the floor in by connecting the board. I questioned his method and he tried to feed me some BS. He will quote you a price you cant resist but his work is substantially not up to par. Hence why the quotes are low. Then he think he is getting over knowing he is way out of his league. By all means if you hire him BEWARE, I suggest that you dont. There is a reason why he gets 'F' ratings.

I hired Dwayne to complete a tile job on my downstairs bathroom and shower. He was hard to get a hold of and never answered his phone. He showed up to my house one time for consultation and after that, a random person whom he had never met, worked on my bathroom. I didn't find this out until after. Dwayne told me that all money handling would be between myself and him. When the worker that did the tile job didn't get paid from Dwayne, all of a sudden I had to come up with the money on the spot. *even though I already paid Dwayne for half of the work*. Dwayne told me on at least 6 different occasions that he would come check on the progress at my house and finish the plumbing job. He never showed up, which also caused later problems with my toilet flange. The tiler who did lay the tile in my bathroom did the job at the lowest quality because of his payment problems with Dwayne. Although, Dwayne would not know because he never came to check on my bathroom. This has been by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. In the end, he never showed up and I had to hire another plumber to complete the job which cost me even more money. I strongly discourage you from even thinking about hiring this man and making the mistake I did to try and save a couple dollars.
