"Fantastic honesty! I called J and D Masonry for an estimate and they came out same day! Jeff was very honest about the work and was able to inform me that what I was looking to have done wasn't needed. I have some basement walls that are starting to crumble some. Jeff informed me they still had great integrity and if he were to come in and coat the walls in more cement it would just be an aesthetic band-aid. I was looking to have the walls recoated in cement to make sure that paint would adhere to the walls to make the basement look nicer. He said it was not needed and said he was happy to come out if I ran into problems painting but recommended I go ahead and paint the walls. "Issue: water backed up in laundry room floor and downstairs bathroom commode bubbling noise when two showers were running at the same time. Anthony performed a drain vision procedure determined the possible need to replace pipes due to age, the dirt settling, small roots, grease, soap, garbage disposal, etc. A second test by Jason via drain vision for further analysis. No obstruction however, determined narrowing could continue to be an issue over time. Both Anthony and Jason are very knowledgeable."
