SURE DRI

We recently bought a house and knew we needed some basement waterproofing. We went to Sure Dri because of the Angie's List reviews. And Keith Martin and his staff were great! Keith was very responsive if I had any concerns or questions. He walked me through the process and seemed to genuinely want to make sure what my options were before deciding on an interior French drain. His staff were very fast & professional (& kept the work area super clean). They even cemented an old drain to secure it and move the new sump pump to a new location with no extra charge. He guarantees his work and I highly recommend Sure Dri.

Very well.  The crew started when expected and the work was only minimally disruptive to our normal routine.  The finished product looks very good installed and has worked perfectly since the installation date.  

In addition, Keith went above and beyond the call of duty: I asked if I could keep the dirt they dug up for a future project but he suggested that they just haul it away and he could deliver some dirt when I needed it so that I didn't have a pile of dirt lingering for months in my yard.  Excellent customer service!

I contacted Sure Dri after receiving devastating news regarding the structural integrity of my basement wall. Keith Martin made an undesirable job much more pleasent. He called the structual engineer while onsite in my basement and proposed an alternative plan which could save me money. He also guided me on how to reroute some utility service lines so that I could save money on sub contractors. In two days time, he had my old basement wall demolished and had a new block wall installed and with a very manageable price tag.
I highly recommend Sure Dri to anybody who needs work done to their basement.
