He used no sales scams to try to get me to buy, but was upfront and honest. Offered us a variety of choices, from an economy option all the way to a luxury window and never pressured us one way or another; once we decided on a window line, he gave us an excellent price right off the bat, with no exhausting sales acrobatics, like the other companies who quoted us. Eco Windows clearly offered the best value for the money. The windows were ready even earlier than he quoted; the installer was kind, respectful and responsive. His team was quick, thorough and pleasant. When we hit a slight snag, both Jeff and the installer bent over backwards to make it right, and as quickly as possible. "Paul does great work, no doubt about it. You don't realize how bad most siding jobs are until you see one down well - like American Siding did for me. Several years later, and the siding looks the same as it did when installed. My neighbor had siding put on his house at the same time I had my cottages done, and the siding is already buckled and coming off in places. You get what you pay for."

"The guys who actually installed the siding & windows did a great job. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They get 5 stars. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."
