All was great. Thomas was wonderful, have used him every year for my chimney.

Thomas came out and performed a level II saftey inspection of both of my fireplaces and even gave me a deal since he was doing two at the same time. He walked me through what the camera was seeing as he performed the inspection so that I knew the exact condition of each chimney. He also followed up with a detailed email letting me know what work we needed and how much it would cost. I plan to hire him once we start our remodel and would recommend him to anyone needing Fireplace and or Brick service!

Recently had my chimney cleaned by Chim-Chim Churee, and strongly recommend. They were wonderful, on-time, and did such an incredibly thorough job of cleaning my chimney. Thomas provided good advice of how to keep the chimney functioning in good condition, and was able to provide an inspection as well. I plan on having some chimney repairs and mortar repairs (which I knew about from our home inspection) done with Chim-Chim Churee as well. Truly a one stop shop. Very professional. Every once in awhile you find a business that is absolutely superb--that is this business. I called them for a second opinion and am glad I did. First, they put up a ladder and looked at the damage while the other company flew a drone. They replaced the furnace flew cap while the other company wanted $7,500 to replace the entire flew. They did an estimate for the brick chimney and were much less expensive and because of a cancellation were able to start work on the next Monday. Between their clear descriptions of what was wrong and photos it was clear what needed to be done and they completed the work in 3 days. They are a great company, who I think can be trusted to the job right and at a fair price.

Thomas and Ivan did an excellent job with the repairs and navigating our challenging old home. Highly recommended!

Hired them to update our 1930s chimney with new liner and pointing up some bricks. They scaled the inside of the chimney first. Workers were polite, punctual and thorough. They showed up on time and worked independently. Fireplace worked great draws perfectly. Exactly what we wanted a true wood burning fireplace. Cheaper than installing a new gas one too.

Excellent communication from scheduling, to advance notice that technician was in route, and prompt arrival. Thorough cleaning and communication on findings. Very clear recommendations and no hard upsale. Very reasonable pricing. This is our 2nd cleaning by them and we are soon to have them install a stainless steel liner to our wood stove.

Rich and Reggie went beyond my expectations. They worked hard, always tried to please, and explained what they were doing. When you hear the name you think chimneys, but they are so much more. Very pleased. They worked on steps, walls, and window repairs around the keystone.

Chim-Chim Churee made various repairs to our brick fireplace--to include inserting a stainless-steel liner for our wood stove; rebuilding the chimney crown; replacing the chimney cap; and replacing bricks and cleaning moss off the chimney shoulder. They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and competitive with their prices. They explained what needed to be done, changes in code, and texted and/or emailed us contract and pictures, reminders of upcoming appointments, and final pictures of work that was done. We were very pleased with this experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

May be the best customer service I've ever received from a Northern Virginia small business. Competitively priced, outstanding workmanship and work ethic, superior communication and follow-up to make sure I was happy with the job -- and I was (and am) VERY HAPPY with the work done. I asked for a chimney inspection in November 2020 as I was unhappy with the draw/burn of my wood-stove. Damien (senior installer and estimates/inspections) was incredibly thorough and explained the "why" of each of his recommendations and the benefits/risks related to completing the recommended work (or not). The work we agreed to have done was to replace the ceramic chimney inserts (flu) for both the upstairs fireplace and the downstairs wood stove. The ceramic was over 45-years old and had deteriorated (as was obvious from the pictures they took during the inspection which I subsequently reviewed). I also wanted the chimney and outside wall repointed and some additional (minor) brick work on the cap and chimney shoulder. Damien also recommended the brick work be water proofed after the other work was completed. April 2021 - the crew arrived as scheduled and on-time. Team Lead (Rich) and crew (Reggie and Walter) were incredible. I've rarely seen people work so well together and work with such confidence and efficiency. They were dedicated to providing me a great result. This was scheduled as a three day job and was completed on time and on-cost (no surprises at the end). Damien returned (Day 4) to do the water proofing as recommended. He also repaired a roof-shingle that had been inadvertently bent during the chimney work (I did not even notice the bent shingle). INTEGRITY and PRIDE!! If you are considering chimney or masonry work, I strongly recommend you contact Chim-Chim Churee for estimate (and I recommend you hire them!!)

The damper on my chimney wouldnt stay closed. Damien showed up today in a matter of minutes, showed me what I was doing wrong. And aside from being so courteous, Covid safe (wearing mask, keeping safe distance, and taking off shoes), he was so patient with me. I didnt realize that I had to slam the damper door hard. I was being too gentle. The call was a free inspection and estimate. And they had to drive out to my place and spend time to do this. BUT they refused to charge me for the visit. They fixed my damper and now I have a warm home again. This is a small company but they know how to build loyalty from their customers. Ill never consider using anyone but them in the future.

We used them to clean our chimney and we were impressed with the customer.service and quality. When we had a problem with smoke in the house, we had them diagnose the problem. The technician spent a bit of time checking things inside and on the roof. He explained the problem and possible solutions, and did not charge for the service call, possibly because we had used them to clean the chimney. We have not had the repair work done yet because of other work in the house. We will continue to use them for cleaning and repair work.

They provided a clear estimate of the work, came promptly and completed the work in a timely manner, for under their projected cost.
