"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!

"Chris has done an excellent job for us; in fact, he is more of a perfectionist than I am. He insists that everything be done absolutely
correctly or he re-does it. For example, he took out several tiles in the shower stall because he didn't think they looked right and replaced them; he spent 30 minutes in Lowe's to find the exact color for the grout; and he returned several less-than-perfect cabinetry pieces to the dealer and negotiated an upgrade for us due to the imperfections.
He also cleaned out our gutters, fixed some annoying electrical glitches, and has even helped us with our dogs (he trains service dogs)! Chris calls in expert help, such as electricians and plumbers, when needed.
My husband and I highly recommend Chris Saunders. In fact, our original "contractor" taking off has been a big blessing in disguise.
