"My husband and I live in a historic rowhome, and we were very nervous about finding a company we could trust to give us what we wanted but also know what would work in our house. We interviewed a few companies, and VKB was exactly what we were looking for. Calvin, our designer, came to our house, listened to my ideas, and thoroughly examined the space. A few days later, we met with him and Sean in the showroom to see what they envisioned (a lot like these HGTV shows where you get the hypothetical 3D layout). I felt like they had read my mind. We loved the proposal, so we went ahead and picked cabinets, tile, hardware, etc. that day! The project started within a week or two. Jason, the project manager, came by frequently and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. On days when I didn't see him, he called to keep me updated and to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. The workers were very respectful of our home, protecting our furniture and floors and keeping the house as clean as possible. We had a few minor issues along the way (very minor compared to most renos) but Jason was quick to address them and make sure things went smoothly. The quality of their work is excellent.
