Renzo and his team was very flexible in make design changes. He kept us updated with his crew’s arrival timing and departure timing. His team did an excellent quality work at a reasonable cost. It was actually really good. They were honest, really thorough with the lay outs and materials. They helped us set a proper expectations. They were pretty communicative during the process. They kept us informed.

As many people know the kitchen is often the heart of most homes, especially ours. When it was time to update our kitchen it was difficult because we knew that it was going to be very personal for us and that we were going to be picky. Through some colleagues of ours, we heard some positive feedback about this contractor and we decided to take that leap of faith. I'm glad we did because our experience overall was fantastic! It was refreshing to work with a business that puts their customers and their quality first. They did a thorough assessment of the work that would be done, they gave us honest and insightful feedback pertaining to possible hurdles and delays that they could encounter during the renovation, and they were honest with their time line and most importantly quote. During the renovation they were consistent with keeping us well informed of the progress throughout it's phases. Upon completion the renovation was done on time, within budget and with superior build quality and gorgeous finish. We want to thank them for a wonderful job well done with our kitchen and for treating us and our home with so much attention and care!

New Village did an outstanding job in our bathroom. We completely had it gutted, expanded the shower, and installed new tiles, new standing tub (got rid of the soaker), and installed heated flooring. Throughout the whole process they were very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
