"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. The first time I met Syed from Stellar Remodels company, his honest response left me a deep impression. He is approachable and knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. "My Kitchen and bath had exceeded my expectations with regards to quality, price , and timeliness of my kitchen project . The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . "We were so happy with our bathroom remodels done in December by Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed. "Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"
