He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) "This project went very well. When our old shower was removed, the contractor discovered not only a hidden old stairway, but a leak from the floor above. Accessing it to repair was difficult, but it and a second leak were remedied and a disaster averted. Installation of the new shower was demanding, as like all old houses, ours has its quirks and odd measurements and angles. The remodeling---a new shower, removal of an old tub and installation of new cabinetry---was excellent. MJL's Mike Laudicina and every one of his helpers did meticulous work.
