Structural repair. They did design, got County permit and did the work that passed county inspection. Brian is good in investigation of problem and creating engineering solution.. The workers did a very good job. Very happy with the job.

I hired this firm to do a site evaluation in (difficult) Stafford county. The engineer that they sent out was knowledgeable and professional, and was very helpful. I was able to get what I needed so that I could keep the job on schedule. The cost was on par with PEs that I have worked with in the past.

Communication could have been better and getting drawings took longer than it should but 2020 was a difficult year with challenges for everyone so I'll cut Ray some slack on that. In the end Ray delivered what he said he would at the price we agreed upon.

I choose not to use them as they were double the price for an estimate vs someone else who had decades of experience as well as a PhD. I cannot speak for their quality as I did not use their services. They only ever contacted me via Home Advisor with their estimate price.
