The first structural engineering firm I had was all about sales, never pointed out the water issue, and said the cracks in the interior walls needed to be fixed immediately, and I could call JES. They said the cracks in my walls were repaired prior to me moving in and had just reopened -- no big deal but normal settling (1963 home).
