"Very responsive and completed work in under an hour. HOWEVER, the problem was the price - $410. For an hour's work, with supplies at about $50. That is $360/hour labor. I checked internet sources, average cost should not be over $200. When I complained, it appears that they have a minimum 4 hour charge. Here is the exact quote from an email from the company "We use straight forward pricing for all work performed which we have levels for work to be performed if it takes 15 mins or 4 hours price doesn't change we don't have hourly price." I don't think this type of job would ever take 4 hours, I am not sure why the base price is $410. When I told them of other work that needed to be done on the bathtub, such as a leaky overflow, they did not offer to fix it under the same price structure. Also, they installed the water knobs so they turn opposite what they should (counter-clockwise to turn off instead of clockwise)."

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"Shawn has came out twice to my house through my Home Warranty company. He has always been professional, on time, and always very communicative. The first time was to repair an external water line and got me up and running with water as quickly as possible. Then, my water heater was leaking and he came out on 4/18/20 and gave me a full breakdown on how the installation will work, about warranties, and set me up a time to come on Monday 4/20/20. He messaged me later on Saturday and said he wanted me to have hot water quickly so asked if he could come on Sunday. I told him that would be great. He called me to let me know when he was an hour away. Him and his co-worker came in and had me installed in a very quick turnaround. They cleaned up and explained and made sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend."

"WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.

While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. As a new homeowner, I appreciated his attention to detail which pointed out several serious deficiencies missed on our home inspection. He found a rusted furnace flue, a hazard that could cause carbon monoxide poisoning, and “organic growth” in the humidifier. Additionally, he noted the buildup in our ducts that was blowing dirty air in our home. We had the duct cleaning already scheduled so we planned for his return after.
